Uz master diplomu iz oblasti jezika i književnosti i 19 godina iskustva u obrazovanju, pomažem deci i odraslima da razviju jezičke veštine, steknu samopouzdanje i koriste jezik u stvarnim životnim situacijama. Kroz svoje Erasmus+ iskustvo i učešće u međunarodnim projektima povezujem učenje jezika sa upoznavanjem drugih kultura, interkulturalnom komunikacijom i praktičnim iskustvom, kako bi učenje bilo zanimljivo, smisleno i primenljivo. | Main activities and responsibilities | Teacher of English Language I have done  my job with great responsibility I was asked to have a good classroom organization, to deal withmixed ability classes, dealing with large classes, I also had to change many roles (controller, assessor, organizer, prompter, participant etc) All of my work experiences have involved working within a team-based culture. This involved, planning, organization, co-ordination effective communication amongst all staff members. I am very organized and good at managing time. My greatest strength as a teacher are being able to connect with the children and getting to their level. Teaching provides me with a sense of achievement. Program is my ability to plan lessons that are interdisciplinary and integrate technology. The program has done a good job of teaching me how to do this.

This year in March I gave a talk entitled Developing Learner Autonomy and Learning Strategies in Teaching Foreign Languages at Primary School at the 22nd Annual International Convention of TESOL Macedonia-Thrace4, Northern Greece ,, Back to Basics,, 28th - 29th March 2015, American College of Thessaloniki, Greece.
